1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vevee (the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Vevee provides participating stores with a staff management and ordering system, including store-scoped staff accounts, role-based permissions, product catalog management, and a customer-facing ordering experience for pickup and delivery. Vevee also provides an internal staff messaging feature that allows staff members to send each other account-related text (SMS) notifications through the Platform.

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid phone number, if you choose to add one) and to keep it up to date.
• Staff accounts are scoped to a specific store and role; you agree to use the Platform only within the permissions granted to your role and not to attempt to access data or functionality outside that scope.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, accessing another user's account without authorization, or using the messaging feature to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited content.

4. SMS Notification Service

By providing a phone number and using the staff messaging feature, you agree to receive account-related SMS text messages from other staff members through the Platform (for example, shift reminders or order/inventory alerts) for as long as you continue to use the Platform. Message frequency varies based on usage and is not fixed. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. 5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vevee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including delayed or undelivered SMS notifications.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
