Vevee ("Vevee," "we," "us," or "our") operates a multi-store staff management and ordering platform used by store employees and customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have - including around SMS text message notifications. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

For staff accounts, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (used only to send you account-related SMS notifications)
• Store assignment and role (e.g. staff, manager, assistant manager, VP, admin)

For customer accounts, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Delivery/pickup address, when provided
• Order history and preferred store

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Operate your staff or customer account and authenticate your sign-in
• Send account notifications, including SMS messages described in Section 4
• Process and fulfill orders, and coordinate pickup or delivery
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform

4. SMS Text Message Notifications

Staff members may receive SMS text messages from other staff (e.g. managers or admins) through the platform's internal messaging feature - for example, shift reminders, order or inventory alerts, or other account-related notices. Message frequency varies and is not fixed - it depends on how often other staff members send you a message and is not a set number of messages per week or month.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final message confirming your removal, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. Consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of employment or of using any part of the platform.

5. We Do Not Share Your Phone Number

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver account-related SMS notifications within the Vevee platform, as described in Section 4. We may share information with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) strictly to the extent necessary to operate the notification feature, and only under confidentiality obligations that prevent them from using it for any other purpose.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted storage and access controls limiting who at Vevee can view your data based on their role.
